Data collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message only when you choose to send it. The page has no account or advertising and places no marketing cookies.

The hosting provider may retain technical security and operational logs under its own policy.

Delivery through Brevo

The information entered is sent to Brevo so that your message can be delivered to the JazzMesh publisher. It is not added to a marketing list and is used solely to process and answer your request.

The message may remain in the publisher’s inbox and Brevo’s transactional logs for as long as needed to handle the exchange and meet applicable technical obligations.

Analytics and consent

Google Analytics loads only after your explicit consent. It measures page views and general site usage to improve the demo. Advertising tracking is not enabled.

The legal basis is consent. You may refuse without consequence or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.

Controller and recipients

Pascal Cottereau is the data controller. Contact-form data are processed by Brevo to deliver the message; consented analytics data are processed by Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics. Transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur under the providers’ applicable contractual safeguards.

Retention and rights

Google Analytics event-data retention is configured to the shortest available period. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the exchange and meet applicable obligations.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, withdraw consent and object to processing through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
